Updated 7 September 2026. This policy covers the Rodevo waitlist website. Rodevo is a project in development and is not currently a registered business. For privacy questions, contact roko@rodevo.org.

What we collect and why

When you join, we collect your email address. We use it to manage the waitlist and send development, launch, and early-access updates you request. Joining is optional.

When you contact us

We collect your email address, subject, and message to respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive information. You can also use the contact form to ask about your data or request removal from the waitlist.

Services that process your information

Waitlist submissions are sent to Google Apps Script for management in Google Sheets. Welcome emails are sent through Zoho Mail from roko@rodevo.org. Zoho processes your email address and message content to send these emails. We record sending status in Google Sheets to manage delivery attempts and avoid duplicate sends. Contact messages are processed by Web3Forms. These services receive the information you submit and may process technical information associated with the request. We do not sell your personal information.

Browser storage and tracking

This website does not set advertising cookies or load analytics pixels. After a successful submission, temporary session storage records that it succeeded so the thank-you page can show the appropriate message. We do not store your email address in browser storage. Hosting and form providers may maintain technical logs.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop sending waitlist updates, through our contact form. You can also reply "unsubscribe" to a waitlist email or email roko@rodevo.org to request removal. These requests are handled manually. Include the email address used to join so we can identify your request.
